Teen Leadership Training
The Teen Life Leadership Training is a life altering educational experience focused on self-awareness and leadership development for teens. These Training's awaken the human consciousness in such a profound way that the spirit is often re-ignited from within, by giving the youth the opportunity to complete some unresolved issues from their past, they discover their personal power and access their full potential.
This two-day training offers teens the opportunity to be challenged and coached in a safe and loving environment with an experienced Life Coach and Trainer.
The training is full of opportunities to create self-awareness breakthroughs while re-connecting with their authentic selves; realizing that there are other possibilities and options they had not seen before.
Teens often experience a shift in their perspective that allows them to see alternative ways to resolve issues, make new choices, get along better in relationships, appreciate their parents more and boost their confidence.
The Teen Life Leadership Training's core values are centered around: LOVE, RESPECT, HONOR, SERVICE, FAITH, INTEGRITY, RESPONSIBILITY, COMPASSION, COMMITMENT, AUTHENTICITY, and GIVING.
The Teen Life Leadership training is a crash course to maturity and responsible living, seats are limited to 30 per training and they tend to fill up fast.

To Register: Select the city from the location tab, type in the training date, click add to cart, click check out, create a new account or login with Facebook, Google or Express Check out and complete your order. Your downloadable registration forms and instructions need to be completed, signed; forms can be e-mailed or turned in at the registration process at 8:00 am, the day of the event.

How should my teen dress for the training?
Ask them to dress comfortably, appropriately and bring a sweater just in case it gets cold in the training room.
What about lunch for my teen?
Ask your teen to pack a lunch and or send them with money each day to buy lunch. The Life Coaches will make sure that every teen gets something to eat if they forget.
My teen is really trying to back out, I think they are getting nervous, is that normal?
It is absolutely normal, 95 percent of the teens that attend The Teen Training at first do not want to be there, by the end of the training 95 percent of them do not want it to end. It is fear of the unknown that stops most people from taking on new ground and avoiding the biggest breakthroughs of their lives. This will take you, the parent to really help your teen work through the process of being nervous and finding the courage to follow through with their commitment. We have a 99 percent return factor to the second day of the training.
What if my teen absolutely refuses to go and or they have a conflict with the scheduled date of the training, can I get a refund?
All trainings can be refunded prior to the start of the paid course. If a person pays for a course in full but does not attend due to illness or medical reasons only, then a refund will be honored if the request is made within a 3 month time period. How do I know if my teen is emotionally ready for The Teen Life Leadership Training?
The Training is designed to empower and inspire healthy minded young adults with some minor insecurities, like fear, doubt, pain, guilt, resentment, etc. The training is not a substitute for therapy and or a quick fix for teens coping with deep emotional trauma.
Although the training has been a powerful wake-up call for thousand of at-risk teens all over the world for over 15 years successfully, as the parent, you have to make the best decision for your teen; your registration forms when received has more information to assist you in making the final decision for teens that may fall into this category.
